Balcony facing south. 3rd double bedroom with double bed, 2 glued single mattresses 2X 80 X 200cm, balcony on the south side. 1 bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc, sink, 1 hair dryer. Level -1 (garden and terrace): Two entrance doors on the east and west side, bay window on the south side opening onto a terrace and garden. Door on the east side leading to an elevated corner of the garden for breakfast for 6 people with a large parasol. Large living room / kitchen, very bright, with a dining table for 8 people and integrated extension for 4 more people.
