Kitchen and Dining: The house includes a functional kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and utensils. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, smooth top electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and hand-mixer. The separate dining space is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room. You can also have dinner for two on the second floor balcony which has a lovely view of mature trees and a field that belongs to the area school. Living Space: The living room features a smart tv with Amazon Fire Stick, charging station for electronics, and a sleeper sofa that converts to a full bed for an additional guest. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom- Includes a queen-size bed, 2 night stands, smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, alarm clock, closet space with hangers and fan for those who like additional noise or air while sleeping, and balcony with seating for two. Guest Bedroom- Features a twin daybed with twin trundle bed, night stand and two closets with hangers and fan for those who like additional noise or air while sleeping. Both bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and upgraded linens that include sheets, quilts, 4+ pillows, and down alternative comforters with duvet covers. Additional bedding for extra comfort and/or living room sleeper sofa is located in Bedroom 2 closet. Bathroom: Bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, floor mat, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, hand soap, facial soap and hair dryer are all available for your use. Mudroom/Laundry Room: Features a Washer/Dryer along with detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, iron, wet mop and vacuum cleaner. Outdoor Space: The house sits on a large corner lot with two mature trees providing plenty of shade.
