BYO Horse/Bike/Wine, McLaren Vale vineyard home

Experience all that McLaren Vale has to offer: cellar doors, beaches, Kuitpo Forest, historic Willunga and farmers market, D'Arenberg's Cube, the Shiraz trail. BYO horse/bike/wine/gourmet delights for a truly wonderful experience. Private studio bedroom in our family home, with private en-suite bathroom, 360 degree views of vineyards and the hills, private courtyard, breakfast facilities, microwave, fridge, TV, WiFi. Use of horse yard, paddock, full size sand arena, swimming pool, ample parking. You are free to come and go as you please with the use of all facilities. Enjoy the property! All the usual tea, coffee will be provided. Your large studio bedroom has a Queensize bed, and sofa bed, with lounge area, table, private patio with seating area. If you do bring a 4 legged friend it is $30 a horse per night which includes yards, and/or shaded paddock with shelter, plus meadow hay feed and water. In addition to all your own private facilities, you will be able to use the large dining room, swimming pool, and horse arena. I live here with my family. Either myself, husband or parents are usually around to check you in, give you the key, offer help, assistance and information. Your room is lockable by you with your own private entrance. You can have complete privacy, or join in, your choice! 50+ cellar doors all within 10km, the closest being 200M away! Within easy walking distance is Pirramimma, Ekhidna, Sabella, Leconfield and so many more. Walk to Salopian Inn, Day on the Green, Skydive SouthernVines. McLaren Vale town is 1km, Willunga is 4km, Maslin Beach 7km, Aldinga Airfield 10km. The ferry to KI is one hour away. For amazing riding, ride locally among the vines, Kuitpo Forest is 15km away, or Sellicks Beach horse access is 15km away. There is some public transport, winery tours, Seaford Train Station, Kanagaroo Island coach pick up. We do have horses on the property, but they are not for guest riding unfortunately. We also have a friendly large dog and a smaller, cuddly one. If you do bring your horse you will have a secure paddock and yards available. There is no electric fencing, but by all means please bring your portable electric if you feel the need. All horse riding is at your own risk and liability - we have a standard waiver for your signature before riding on the property. Feed (meadow hay) available. There is ample space for float parking. We can offer our experienced help and advice for where to go beach riding and forest riding.
