Lovely Beach apartment outside Thessaloniki

This is a classic beach apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just 50m away from the beautiful sandy beach of Agia Triada, with two sea view balconies. It provides full amenities, free parking place and many toys for our little guests. Also we provide a full HD TV. In a walking distance there are beach bars, fresh fish restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. And all of these just outside Thessaloniki and minutes away from the airport. Welcome to my home! The house has 2 bedrooms, both of them with doublebeds. In the livingroom there is also a big couch that can become a doublebed. We have a fully equipment kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. Three balconies: one in the front, perfect for evening dining ( with acces from the kitchen). The balcony in the back has a beautiful view of the sea and the city of Thessaloniki, with acces from both of the bedrooms. It's the perfect place for the breakfast coffee. Also comes with greek siesta shutters that can seal out all the light during the day. We also provide toys for the children and some classic table games for the adults. Have a great time! There is a person that takes care of the house and lives in the neighborhood that you can contact also if you need any help. Many restaurants, bars, beach bars, cafes line the promenade along the beach, a few blocks away. There are two weekly farmers markets (one in Neoi Epivates on Fridays, and one in Perea on Mondays), supermarkets, shopping stores, bank and tavernas just in 5 minutes away. We are 15 minutes away from the airport and the local night clubs. The apartment is in a family oriented neighborhoud where people often interact. From the house to the city center you can use bus 71 or 71A or that goes directly to the city center but not so often. Otherwise you can use bus 72, 72A or 76 that stop to A.S. IKEA and from there you take bus 8/2 /3 to the city center. After you check in I will need your name, full address and passport number, in order to declare the money I earn for renting my property and pay my taxes properly.
