Leccio Apartment - Cimbolello

Our farmhouse is glad to give you hospitality in the Leccio apartment, it is indipendent and there's space for a couple and a third person. You will discover our organic food production and our natural lifestyle. An organic, family-run agriturismo enterprise set in the peaceful hillsides amongst olive groves, vineyards and woodlands, overlooking the nearby Tuscany, at an altitude of 480 metres. The stone farmhouse, restored using bioedilizia (ecological construction) concepts, close to the wood, is made up of the main home and of the apartments for rent, each of these consists of: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The outside area is equipped with tables in the shade of the trees, deck chairs, barbecue and wood burning oven. The apartment is indipendent and complete. All the farm is a garden and you can walk around if you are interest. You can ask us if you like to have a grill or some more garden forniture. We live and work in the farm, you can come to talk during the day. There's always someone in farm for the emergency and we have maps and touristic information to give you. The farmhouse is conveniently located for reaching the most important artistic, archaeological and naturalistic towns in Umbria and Tuscany. With a car you can get to our place and leave to all the touristic point around really easy. There's the free parking in the farm and in the village. There's a bus stop 1,3 kilometres far from us to get and be back to the train station of Chiusi Chianciano Terme, or to go in Perugia. We a good internet connection for never have the interruption. The heating is to pay accordingly with the consumption. Often we can organise courses (with advance agreement) on our companys premises, bee-keeping, bread-making with sour dough in wood burning oven, and fresh pasta. Nearby horseback riding, hippotherapy and horseback riding. To not change the balance of our animals, cats, dogs, chickens, bees, so we do not accept other animals. We live by agriculture and sometimes there are long days and tiring, so it is difficult to agree in advance a pasta course, especially when guests stay with us for just two nights. This is why we always offer to those interested, to agree on arrival on our farm and not to take it personally if we decline.
