The living room includes modern glass dining table and 4 chairs, Satellite TV and CD player. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we opened small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. The Boka Kotorska fjord is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Sheer mountains contrast the tranquil waters of the bay and picturesque villages line the coast. The lovely village of Lepetane sits at the narrow entrance to the fjord and overlooks the cottages and steeples of Kamenari and Bijela Manastir on the opposite shore. For nature lovers, Lovcen national park is around 1 hour away. This is a truly wild and unspoilt area. Sutjeska National Park is around 2 hours away and has excellent walks and high mountains. White water rafting is popular on the Tara and Neretva rivers. Free parking available in front of Villa. Publick trasport passing just next to Villa where you could caught a bus for Kotor or Tivat town. Ferry port is just 150m from accommodation and that way Herceg Novi and Dubrovnik are very easy to reach by public transport too. From ferry station is possible to caught a line that goes to Budva too.
