The newly renovated 300 years old Chalet combines modern and antique art. It is perfect for a cozy stay in the alpes for both summer and winter time. The two bed rooms Apartment has 77 square meters and is on the ground floor. The upstairs Apartment is my family's holiday Chalet. The Apartment has an own entrance. It contains one big queensize bedroom, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a living room with a sleeping Couch. The new kitchen has everything you desire. Wifi and Replay-TV are available. The cellar can be used for storage (e.g. skis, bikes) and has a washing machine. Check-in and Check-out incl. key delivery according to agreement. If you have questions, me and contact people in town are always available. Falera is car free. The public parking lot can be found at the enterance of the town and is only 200m from the Chalet such as the bus Station "Falera, Posta". The chairlift is 500m away and there is a shuttle bus during winter.
