A cosy caravan stay with incredible panoramic views in a very quiet rural location. Having driven down a mile long, very rural lane, pulling into your own parking space to the right of our property, you will be struck by the view over the valley . The caravan is situated on concrete foundations in its own green area, separate from our property, positioned to make the most of the views from every window. There is a gravel path as well as a patio area with an outdoor table and chairs and to the right of the caravan, a grassed area with a barbeque for summer evenings! Behind the caravan is fenced to provide privacy. Inside the caravan, there is a seating area with two comfortable sofas and a fixed coffee table. A small dining table can be pulled out, a stand-alone larger table is available if required. There are panoramic views from the seating area; large windows and a roof light make the space bright and ideal for relaxing and eating. All windows and roof lights have blackout blinds.A gas/electric heater makes the space warm and cosy when the weather gets cold. Underneath the sofas, there is easy access to storage suitable for small suitcases/ shoes etc. Walking through the caravan, there is a kitchen area complete with an oven, grill, 3 ring gas hob, sink, attachable draining board, kettle, toaster, larder fridge with small freezer compartment. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. The crockery and utensils are stored in drawers, cupboards, and overhead lockers, with shelves and lockers for your own food storage. There is also adequate countertop space for preparation. Continuing through the caravan, there is a floor-to-ceiling storage cupboard on your left with some hanging space and deep shelves. Followed by a washbasin with a well-lit mirror and more storage. From here there is access to the wet room via a door. Within the wet room, there is a flushing toilet and a hot water shower. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided. The fixed bedroom area has incredible views with blackout blinds and curtains. The bed has a comfy memory foam mattress, full bed linen, and extra blankets are provided. There is a roof light above the bed and overhead cupboards, shelves, and hooks for storage. From the bed, there is a window through to the kitchen area, a blind and folding door closes off the bedroom and shower area for extra privacy. Included in your stay are complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. Sorry adults only, not suitable for children. We also do not accept pets ,with no exceptions.
