Located in Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes, Merzouga, Tiziri Camp features accommodations with free WiFi. A patio with high sand dunes views is offered in each unit. A continental breakfast is available daily at the property. Merzouga is 3.1 mi from the tented camp, while Erfoud is 30 mi from the property. PRIVATE TRANSFER: If you are staying at our camp as part of a longer tour which you have booked with us or another Tour Operator, then on arrival in the desert, your driver will either take you directly to the camp or to the Tiziri Office Tiziri Office location in the town: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We will arrange to collect you from there by 4×4 and take you to the camp where you will have the opportunity to ride a camel into the dunes at sunset. Tiziri also operates tours through an affiliate company under the same ownership. So, if you haven’t already selected a Tour Operator to work with, we can manage that for you. Booking your whole tour with us also means that your stay at the camp will be at a specially discounted price. SELF-DRIVE: If you opt for self drive, we recommend that you leave your car at the Tiziri Office in the village and we will collect you there. (please note, if you have booked direct with us this transfer fee is included in your price) If you are an experienced desert driver and have a suitable 4WD vehicle and you do decide to drive directly to the camp on your own, the location is as follows; (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) BY CAMEL: If you wish to reach the camp by camel rather than 4WD transport it is possible to do so. The trek can be any length / duration you require. It takes approximately 2 hours from the Tiziri Office to the camp but this is too long for most people and so we will adapt the start / end point, in order to reduce that to 30 minutes or 1 hr if you prefer. Depending on the season you would need to be ready to depart by 4 to 5 pm. Alternatively we can drive you all the way to the camp and then you can enjoy a camel trek from there at the extra charge of €25 per camel. DOMISTIC FLIGHTS: There are flights to Ouarzazate (5hrs from Merzouga ) and Errachidia (2hrs from Merzouga). We will provide a transfer from the airport to the camp at the following prices: Errachidia to camp €75 (private Taxi) or (€95 4WD) Ouarzazate to camp €250 Marrakech to camp €395 Fes to camp Euro €380 (all prices are per vehicle based on 1 to 6 passengers) It is often more cost effective to book a multi-day tour with us than to take these one day transfer options.
