Cottage beach Duck

Duck is a small independent cottage with its own patio and private, equipped garden. The cottage consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen lounge I nostri chalet, dotati di ogni comfort, all’interno del nostro agriturismo si affacciano sulle sponde del lago. Il nostro agriturismo ha una sua spiaggia privata , ed ad ogni chalet ha un’area della spiaggia riservata dove mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti lettini ed ombrelloni. Sono molte le attività che si possono praticare dalla canoa, al canottaggio , alla pesca , all’equitazione, percorsi archeologici , percorsi eno-gastronomici, il carp fishing , la pesca a mosca, la pesca a spinning, corsi di jazz, attività di educazione ambientale e sport a contatto con la natura per i bambini , o per gli appassionati di golf il campo internazionale con le sue diciotto buche. Oltre alla nostra spiaggia privata , nelle vicinanze ci sono altre tre spiagge attrezzate , dove è possibile accedere liberamente. Emy contry house è un romantico e delizioso agriturismo ubicato nel cuore del Parco Naturale del Lago di Vico , un’area protetta di rara bellezza, che si affaccia direttamente sulle sue sponde. L’agriturismo mette a disposizione degli ospiti quattro bellissimi chalet esclusivi , con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Ogni chalet è dotato di tutti i comfort , con annesso giardino privato dotato di barbecue ed una veranda da dove è possibile godere dei meravigliosi tramonti .Il lago di Vico è ubicato nella bassa maremma , in una zona strategica a pochi chilometri da Roma , circa 50 km e 110 km da Montalcino, dunque a cavallo tra il Lazio e la Toscana. Nel nostro agriturismo è possibile immergersi nel relax totale e praticare numerose attività a contatto con la natura, ma anche approfittare per visitare le bellezze della zona , come Roma , la città eterna, che si può raggiungere sia con propri mezzi , altresì ben collegata con bus e treno. The farmhouse offers to all guests four exclusive structures, with private access to the beach. Every chalet is gifted with all comfort, with an incorporated private garden from which you have the chance of watching and enjoy the amazing sunsets.Lake of Vico is located in the low maremma , in a strategic area a few kms from Rome (50km) and from Montalcino (100km) so its between Lazio and Tuscany. The zone is known with the name of Tuscia, and its an area which was inhabitaded by the Tusci, an Etruscan population. The area is also know all over the world with the name of maremma, that means an uncontaminated zone, of rare beauty that includes, lakes , mountains, hills and sea. In our farmhouse you have the possibility to dive into relaxation and, at the same time, do many activities in contact with nature like fishing, bird watching, hike on horses, enjoy beautiful thermal baths among the most amazing and breathtaking like the Bagno Vignoni one, but you can also take advantage to visit the most interesting part of the area like Rome, the eternal city, that you could reach either with your means of transport or with the bus or train and they will take you there in 30 minutes.
