You have a private entrance and private ground floor apt. with patio overlooking Lake Barkley. Owner will be available if needed. Home is located on a quite cove near Lake Barkley State Park. The boat launch is accessed easily and a private dock on property. Perfect for an angler's trip. As with most properties at Lake Barkley, there is a hill to the dock with a concrete sidewalk and railing. This property is not suitable for children under 12 or pets. Due to owner's health and animal allergies, this property is an animal free zone. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors and keep the noise level low.
