The building is secured with an interphone at the entrance. Included also is Swisscom TV & WiFi. Washroom facilities available in the basement. This is a 4th floor property and does not have a lift. On the lakeside, and below the vineyards, Nyon is a small town with history. The apartment is within walking distance to all commodities, the shops and the train station. You will also find restaurants and bars in the area. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not accepted. Guests have access to the whole apartment. I am available to guests during the course of their stay. Enjoy the lovely old town of Nyon with fantastic view over the lake. Wander the meandering park from the lakefront up to the city centre. Don't miss a "value for your money" meal at the vibrant QUAI 23 restaurant on the waterfront. Try out newly opened and renowned LUIGIAs Italian in the centre of town. Do not miss a drive on the stunning "route de vignoble", taking you through the heart of wine country and the beautiful vineyards and pictoresque villages; and a boat ride on "Lake Geneva" passing by the stunning shores up to Geneva and Lausanne.
