Your stone house (with garden!) in Casentino...

Furnished in Tuscan classical style. Stone washbasin and wooden beams on the ceilings. Private outdoor garden entrance. Unguarded car places next to home. Bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Complete with every kitchen utensil for 10/12 people. In the kitchen extending table (up to 10 seats). 2 armchairs with small tv view (we do not watch it often ...). 2 bedrooms with window (one on the garden the other on the street) and 4 beds. The house is the ground floor of the stone structure. At first floor, on the other side (facing the street) use to spend a few months of holidays my aunt and uncle. Beautiful garden with table and benches for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air. I normally live in Florence but in summer I use to get to stay to dive in the river and bring my kid with me. The house stands five minutes walking from the main square of Stia (Piazza Tanucci). You can easily rent bikes if you do not have a car. But also walking is one of the many experiences you should do in Casentino: it is the heart of Foreste Casentenesi Natural Park, one of the most beautiful in Italy... Casentino is the perfect place for families: a natural swimming pool (Parco del Canto alla Rana), and adventure park for kids (and adults!), amazing castles and medieval town (Poppi, Raggiolo, Bibbiena...). Really good food (and wine, let me tell you) and cheaper prices than Chianti or Val d'Orcia or Maremma.
