Comfy Studio apartment , near the city center

The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains everything you need for personal hygiene, including towels, slippers etc. The apartment is brand new, have been renovated in the summer of 2017. A cozy sofa that transforms into a bed for two with additional mattress on top can be used during the day as a normal sofa to gain space in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, fridge,stove,oven etc. free WiFi and a flat screen TV with satellite program. The apartment is small and comfortable with everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped,bathroom has everything you need and the room with the sofa quickly transforms into a comfy bedroom. There is a TV with a lot of channels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, big closet and a cute little balcony to enjoy morning coffee with a lot of sunlight :) Whole apartment is yours to use with full privacy. also i live next door so you can contact me any time of the day with any kind of questions and request, i will be glad to help you :) My number is in the apartment, and i live across the hall so feel free to contact me 24/7 if you need me. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm, even tough it is considered almost the center of the city. there is a lot of thing you can do. go to the park, shopping, walking around etc. everything you need is a couple of minutes away: grocery store 40 meters from the apartment,drug store,restaurants,barber shop,playgrounds etc. 20-30 meters from the apartment there is a tram stations with 3 lines TRAM No. 1 direction ''Zapadni kolodvor''- goes to the main square, the 5th station will be the main square. TRAM No. 9 direction ''Ljubljanica'' goes to the main train station, the 5th station is the train station TRAM No. 17 direction ''Prečko'' goes to the main square and also the 5th station is the main square. there is also bus line No.290 that goes directly to the airport If you are coming with the car, i can show you where the parking is cheap, or in some places free (if there is a free parking spot in little street in front of my apartment you can park for free :D ). if you need a transfer from the airport contact me before you call a taxi I charge less than the taxi companies, 20 € per transfer. If you are coming with a bus or a train i will pick you up for free if im able to,or find the cheapest solution for your transfer.
