Panoramic villa for up to 14 + 2 guests in 7 bedrooms (two on ground floor) and 7 bathrooms located in the Chianti wine area only 30 minutes south west of Florence; 50 minutes north of Siena and San Gimignano. Within an hour drive you can visit Arezzo, Cortona, fashion outlets , Lucca and Pisa. The surrounding area is ideal for scenic walks and drives to discover the pretty hamlets dotted around the Chianti hills. Ideal for a family and friends reunions in a peaceful and laid back athmosphere. Technical description: All bedrooms have two single beds that can be joined into a double. Bedroom no. 4 and 7 have a double bed. Ground floor: Kitchen with table to prepare meals and direct access to covered outdoor dining area Covered outdoor dining area with tables and chairs for up to 14 Bedroom 1 with en suite bath with shower Bedroom 2 with en suite bath with shower. The pool is located about 50 meters / 0.03 miles from the villa. A pool towel is provided. - Washing machine inside the villa and railing rack outside Guest access The villa is for the exclusive use of the renters. We come to clean the pool during the week for about 2 hours. We will let you know on arrival when this is (based on weather). Other things to note INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  All bills including air conditioning and heating  1 change of linen every 7 days including cleaning the bathrooms and bedrooms. At the check in we will agree for a suitable time to perform the cleaning.  1 pool towel per person changed once a week.  Exclusive use of the pool.  Final cleaning.  Free usage of washing machine and ironing facilities in the villa.  Wifi connection inside the villa ground floor and the garden  Cot and highchair with a notice.  Villa book with lots of information about the area: shopping, food, what to do etc... NOT included and payable in cash in resort: Mandatory:  Refundable damage deposit: 500Euro left with the owner at the check in and given back on departure  Tourist tax 1.50Euro per person over 14 years for the first 5 nights.
