The nearest town for shopping is Castellane where there is a supermarket, which is overpriced, the most expensive in France it seems !! And, 10 minutes by car from La Martre there is a SPAR grocery store in Villeaute, with very good bread. At the Logis du Pin, there is a very nice green vegetal and fresh grocery shop where you will find everything you need (same 10 minutes by car). All around the house, in Chateauvieux, there is a market on Friday afternoon and above all you can get directly from neighboring farmers, cut lamb meat, sausages, merguez and pâtés but also goat and sheep cheese, as well as fresh eggs at "Ferme du Paradis" .
