A beautiful private apartment, attached to a quiet, retired family home. You will have your own separate entrance along with a large patio and pool to enjoy. The back garden enclave is a verdant, lush escape from the daily rush. The beach is just minutes away and the mall, hospitals as well as the airport are also close by. You can take a stroll downtown for a unique historic, Spanish colonial experience. The area has a variety of restaurants and sights to see. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES TAX INFO. A sunny and cheerful abode has a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and juicer. Also, a comfortable living room and a bedroom that opens out to the pool and patio. Parking, conveniently located in the driveway at the house. The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. *Not suitable for children 0-14 and no pets, please. You will have access to the whole apartment and pool area. Parking is in the driveway. Also your own private entrance. I am a very sociable person and I love hosting. Peace and tranquility pervade my home and if you are showing up a bit early or running a tad late all it takes is a quick phone call to just let me know the circumstance. I prefer phone calls to text, please. I have a small chihuahua who is also a social butterfly and his name is "Miko." I am always available but run in and out for errands but I'm never far away. I have my cell phone with me at all times so feel free to call me at any time. My home is near Scenic Highway, a quick, pleasant drive to reach the downtown area, and I-10. Near enough for access yet far enough not to hear traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with neighbors who are mostly retired military and have lived here for decades. In Pensacola, a car is the most convenient. Public transportation is available and cycling is common. Traffic can be a bit heavy at certain times of the day. "Uber" or "Lift" is available, a good option if you don't feel like driving your own vehicle. **Tourist development TAX INFO. Collection of the Tourist Development Tax. (Updated: As of April 1, 2021, TDT must be collected and remitted at a rate equal to 5%) The Tourist Development Tax of Escambia County for Pensacola Florida and Pensacola Beach Florida has determined that a 5% tax is now to be collected. *TAX TO BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL AT CHECK-IN* Tax is to be paid by the Tourist/Guest directly to the Host. The 5% is based on the total amount of ONLY the Lodging Accommodation Cost. (NOT including cleaning/Airbnb fees). It is appreciated when/if guests come inside the main house, to remove shoes and put them by the door. * *NO SMOKING EITHER INSIDE OR ON THE POOL PATIO AREA.
