Kitchen, lounge, dining, full laundry with washing powder provided, bathroom, balcony and bedroom I am available via Airbnb messaging if there is anything that you require. If you have anything that needs rectifying please let me know at the time rather than after you have checked out so that I can try and sort out any issues should they arise during your stay. Canberra Grammar School, Embassies, the Parliamentary triangle, Kingston Foreshore, Canberra Private, Calvary John James, The Canberra Hospital, National Capital Private, Westfield Woden, Yarralumla foreshore and Yacht Club on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Secure Parking is available on site. There is also street parking if you have a larger vehicle that does not fit in the garage (clearance height is 2.1m). To access the carpark use the swipe on the pole on the right hand side of the driveway and park in the designated car park. To exit the garage there is a green button near the orange electrical boxes and concrete pole... this will open the garage door. Please do not lose the garage remote/swipe and key - the estimated cost of replacing this is $350 per set and is the responsibility of the guest to keep secure and secure and locked in the letterbox on checkout. A fee is charged to guests if these are missing/lost/stolen. Check in time is usually from 2pm to late as it is a self check in process. Check out is before 10am on the day of check out.
