Private bedroom in our home at tip of beautiful Leelanau County, MI. Overlooks Lake Michigan with an incredible view. 5 minutes north of the village of Northport with a variety of restaurants and shopping, public beach and marina with boat launch. Lake Michigan within walking distance. 20 minute drive to Leland and Suttons Bay, 35 to Glen Arbor and 35 to Traverse City. Our home is comfortable and is situated on a high hill overlooking Lake Michigan. We provide a well furnished bedroom with a queen size bed. NOTE: Our guests share the bathroom and living areas with us. We have a large private backyard with a fire pit, and when the weather permits, an outside shower. Guests have a private room and share the bath room and living space with us. They have access to the fully furnished kitchen and laundry, and the yard including a fire pit, picnic table, and heated shower. We look forward to sharing our home with you. Our road ends in a cul de sac about 1/2 mile beyond our home. This is hilly country, but there are many bikers. There is no public transportation nearby. For guests attending a wedding in the village, there is adequate parking available. We will consider having a small dog, but only on a per guest basis, so please ask if this is a concern.
