Grand Victorian Residence Circa 1880 nestled in 3 acres of manicured gardens, with off street parking. Queen size bedroom with the use of Victorian period bathroom with stunning claw bath. Quiet peaceful residence overlooking parks and playing fields. Full use of the entire residence. This historic house offers not only a glimpse into our pastoral past but is also a testament to Australia's ability to create lasting history. Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of one bedroom which is occupied by the host. Though I do enjoy socializing with my guests, I am perfectly happy to give them the space and time to enjoy their time if they so wish. Plumpton Markets, which contains a supermarket, butcher, fast food and many specialist shops, is a brief walk away. We are also situated next to a large recreational reserve which offers playing fields, tennis courts and more. There is a bus stop directly outside the property and a train station within 10 minutes drive. We have ample on site parking. Though I do enjoy socializing with my guests, I am perfectly happy to give them the space and time to enjoy their time if they so wish.
