Double room, shared bathroom, in large family home, children now left, use of kitchen and dining room. 30 minutes walk into centre of Cardiff, on main bus route, bus stop right outside, shops, bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Close hosp and uni Double bedroom, shared bathroom, cotton sheets, towels available for guest use. Use of dining room and kitchen for making light meal, eating takeaway etc. tea and coffee available, light breakfast provided. Wifi available There will usually be someone around during your stay, happy to offer tips and advice on travel, places to go etc, we like meeting new people and will chat if you want company, or not if you don't! We are on a main thoroughfare into the city, walking 25-30 minutes, bus stops right outside the house, bars, shops and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes walk, University Hospital of Wales 5 minute walk across the footbridge. Also close to University of Wales and Cardiff Metropolitan University both approx. 15-20 minute walk. Parking is quite limited and on street, but there are usually spaces available, and there is an excellent bus service with stops just outside the house. Taxi from central Cardiff takes approx. 10 minutes and fare usually less than £10.
