"Riza Resort"

Riza resort villa is a house 180 square mettres at 3 levels (floors) just in front of the sea, with its own stairs that lead you to the sea. You can almost say its a "private" beach. Also it has big balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Ionian sea and the island of Paxoi. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and the variety of colours and smells of the flowers which are all over the place. Best of all the beautiful sunset. The house is maintained by care and personal work from the owner. It stay's in the middle of a wonderful garden of 1.500 square mettres with grass and olive trees all around offering lot of shadow. Discription of the Villa (Περιγραφή σπιτιού): The ground floor has a Kitchen a living room with a fireplace, a dinning room and a bathroom with a washing machine for the clothes. Also it has a big balcony that lead you to the garden and inside stairs gor the 1st floor. The 1st floor has also a kitchen, a living room with another fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, one more bedroom (usually for kids) with one double bed an a single bed (bunkbed). Also it has a bathroom and a big balcony where you can enjoy the unique sunset and the ionian blue. So 5 people can sleep there. Also it has stairs to the higher floor, where is another hudge bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. So 2 people can sleep there. Also there is a big balcony. The view from up there is really breathtaking. Acces to the house and Outdoors (Πρόσβαση και εξωτερικός χώρος): The main etrance of the house is from the coastal road of Lygia Vrahos Parga. The garden around the house ends just in front of the sea. The villa has also a barbeque. At the end of the garden, just in front of the sea there is a big marble table with chairs placed under an arbour (pergola) where you can enjoy breakfast meals, cofee and drinks just looking at the sea. There are also 2 swings (hanging seats) for children.
