Gemütliches Walliser Chalet am Südhang

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des bekannten Kurortes Leukerbad, in einem ruhigen Dorf am Südhang, hoch über dem Rhonetal. Der Ort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Skifahren, Baden und Biken, oder einfach um auf dem grossen Balkon zu Entspannen. The village of Albinen is close to the well known hot springs of Leukerbad. The place is quiet, high above the Rhone valley. Perfect location for hiking, skiing, visiting the hot springs, biking or enjoying the sun on the balcony. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Balkon mit viel Sonne, besonders am Nachmittag. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum komfortablen Kochen braucht (keine Abwaschmaschine). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher, der Kamin ist leider nicht benutzbar (zu viel Rauch in der Wohnung). WiFi ist nicht vorhanden. Zwei Schlafzimmer bieten je ein Doppelbett, das mittlere Zimmer verfügt über ein Kajütenbett. Das Badezimmer wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett renoviert. Viel Stauraum für Kleider und persönliche Gegenstände in den Schränken. The accomodation is very cosy and has a great balcony with a lot of sun in the afternoon. The kitchen provides everything for decent cooking (no dishwasher). There is a TV in the living room, but no wifi. Unfortunately the chimney can not be used (too much smoke in the flat). Two bedrooms have a double bed each, the third one has a bunk bed. The bathroom was renovated only a few years ago. You'll find enough space for your personal belongings in the warderobes in each room. Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Räumen der Wohnung. Ebenerdiger Zugang vom Parkplatz. Guests have access to all rooms. Flat is accessible without stairs from the parking lot. Wir leben weiter entfernt vom Chalet, haben aber eine Vertrauensperson aus dem Dorf, die sich um das Chalet und den Empfang der Gäste kümmert. Wir sind jederzeit telefonisch oder per Nachricht erreichbar. We do not live close to the chalet, but have a dear friend from the village looking after the chalet and preparing it for your arrival. We are always available via phone or message. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig und eignet sich perfekt, um dem hektischen Alltagsleben zu entfliehen. Ein Dorfladen bietet alles Nötige für das tägliche Leben, viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Leukerbad. Tolle Restaurants im Dorf und der näheren Umgebung sind zum Beispiel: Godswaergjistubu in Albinen Restaurant Flaschen in Albinen (ausserhalb des Dorfes) Restaurant Pizzeria Sonnenberg in Guttet The village is very quiet and therefore perfect to escape your busy everyday life. The village shop provides everything you need for daily life, much more shops you find in Leukerbad. There are some very nice restaurants in the village and nearby, please check above. Albinen ist am einfachsten mit dem Auto erreichbar (siehe Karte, gerne senden wir auch Details zur Anfahrt). Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich im Dorf, 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Chalet. Busverbindungen nach Leukerbad und Leuk. Von Leuk Zugverbindungen nach Sierre-Sion-Lausanne-Genf oder Visp-Brig/Visp-Thun-Bern. The easiest way to access Albinen is by car (look at the map and let us know if you need detailed information on how to get here!). A bus stop is in the village, 3 minutes by foot from the chalet. By bus you can get to Leukerbad and Leuk, from Leuk train connections to Sierre-Sion-Lausanne-Genf or Visp-Brig/Visp-Thun-Bern. Ein Parkplatz direkt beim Chalet gehört zur Wohnung, der andere zur darunterliegenden Wohnung (bitte freilassen wenn unten Gäste da sind). Ein grosser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Chalets im Dorf, zu Fuss in 3 Minuten erreichbar. One parking lot directly at the chalet belongs to the flat, the other one to the flat downstairs (please don't use that one if there are guests downstairs). A big parking lot is just down in the village, accessible in 3 mins from by foot.
