The Space: Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping area. These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors. Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building which is home to two other apartments. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: This wonderful area is the life and soul of Liverpool, the day and nightlife is thriving and there is always something to do within a couple of minutes walk. Pubs, clubs and restaurants galore you will be spoilt for choice! Getting Around: If you're arriving by train, Lime Street station is a 7 minute walk away and Central Station is a 2 minute walk away! Almost everything you will be coming to do in the city centre will be within walking distance. However, should you need to venture outside the centre we have plenty of local taxi firms - all of which will be on the digital guidebook you receive before your stay. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay.
