Beautiful, Spacious, Twin Room

Large spacious twin room with own use, separate bathroom / shower room. An additional guest bed can be added to take three guests. Please contact us for further details. We have a very spacious Twin room for rent The room is comfortable, clean, and has a 32 inch Full HD television. Free, unlimited, superfast Wifi also available. We also have unrestricted parking. Guests have sole use of a separate bathroom with full washing facilities. A continental breakfast is provided and is complimentary. This consists of cereals, bread, pastries etc. A selection of preserves, fruit, fruit juices & tea or coffee. Tea/coffee facilities are available to guests throughout your stay. IMPORTANT: - Please provide a little information about yourself, as this is our family home we always like some information on guests before booking. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive at the house - check in and out is very flexible - but we have to know what time you wish to arrive so that we can be here to greet you. Occasionally breakfast may be self/serve. We are a very friendly and easy going couple and will help our guests as much as possible. We are sure that your stay with us will be a memorable one. We are in a very quiet location, on a main bus route. There is a large supermarket just minutes from our door and, a 5 minute walk to our local pub which serves good, excellent value, food. We are just 20 minutes from the city centre, and have an excellent bus service with buses running every 10 / 15 minutes. The bus stops to, and from, the city centre are just outside the house. Edinburgh is an incredibly friendly, multi cultural, city with many visitor attractions including, of course, Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, National Museums, Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Camera Obscura, Dynamic Earth, Theatres, and our world famous Edinburgh International Festival. Sharing our home is our very friendly West Highland Terrier called Holly. Airport pick up, or drop off service, if required, is available for £20 payable in cash.
