Beautiful modern house in the heart of Gower

This is a beautiful family home with fabulous views of Cefn Bryn. Situated in the quiet village of Old Walls, this 4 bedroom house is ideal for families. While we do accept bookings for small groups we take a zero-tolerance approach to noise and parties. The house is equipped with noise monitoring devices that will alert the owner if noise exceeds a certain level. If it becomes persistent the police will be called. We ask that all guests are respectful of others in this quiet village. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and ensuite; the guest bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and ensuite; there are 2 other bedrooms, one with 2 large single beds (sleeps 2), and the other with 2 double beds (sleeps 4); these bedrooms share a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-diner and living room. The kitchen has 2 ovens, a coffee machine, a large fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and boiling water tap with bifold doors leading out onto the patio and garden. The dining table comfortably seats 12. The open plan living area has 3 large leather 4-seater sofas and a TV with integral DVD. There is a separate living room with a 4-seater sofa bed (sleeps 2), another 4 seater sofa 2 chairs and a TV. The house benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Going to a wedding?
