Leven Links Golf Course is the 11th oldest golf course in the world and is known to have one of the finest finishing holes in golf, which is where our villa is built on. Our villa was built in 1911 as a ladies golf club. St Andrews Old Course is only 25 minutes away - home of the St Andrews Open 2022. Leven beach is a beautiful long sandy beach, patrolled by lifeguards in the summer season, has lots of free parking and has not been taken over by commercialism. It is recreational friendly, allowing jet-skiing, kite-surfing, canoeing, surfing etc. Leven is part of an area thriving with tourism, it is included in the 150-mile long coastal walk around Fife. Leven has a great selection of pubs, bars, restaurants & nightclubs all within a 5-10 minute walk. Only a 1-minute walk away you will find a couple of beautiful bars & restaurants which is part of the golf club and overlooks the golf course. There are also 2 bowling greens just a 1-minute walk away. A drive along East Neuk will take you through the UK's most famous & beautiful fishing villages. Edinburgh and the airport are just a 45-minute drive away, Edinburgh is Scotland's beautiful capital city & home to lots of rich history, culture and attractions. Just a 10 minute walk from the villa, you'll find the bus station which has plenty direct connections to the nearby cities and attractions. The nearest train station is a 10 minute drive, which also has many bus links.
