The residence is surrounded by nature, from which you can admire the beauty of the typical Abruzzo landscape, the north side of the mountains of Gran Sasso and the west side of the maritime landscape. The place offers a super relaxing and recreational atmosphere at the same time;it is in fact possible to have fun with various activities such as free walks through vineyards and mountain biking. Only 8 km from the sea and Atri, one of the most beautiful pre-Roman villages in Italy. The Villa is surrounded by about 400sqm of well-kept garden with swing and gazebo for outdoor dinners or barbecues. Inside you will find everything you need for short stays, fully equipped kitchen, crockery and pots, bedding and towels, shampoo and toilet paper. Guests have access to the entire structure. The residence consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a bedroom on the mezzanine floor. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. At 1 km distance there is Casoli, a small well served village where you can admire the murals of "Casoli Pinta", frescoes painted directly on the walls of the houses. Casoli offers post office, supermarkets and bar. In the territory are organized gastronomic festivals of typical products of Abruzzo.
