Caravan with farm views

'Pen Coed' Caravan is a 2 bedroom property with private decking, garden and patio with driveway and parking. No pets are permitted as we have hens and ducks that roam around. It sits below woodlands and has views of the farm below. Wifi is not available but there is wifi at the main farmhouse 1 min away. Pen Coed Caravan is a old van but it is clean and offers a good base for your holiday. We have put in new carpets and flooring & curtains throughout. The lounge has a flatscreen tv with basic sky and there is a decked area just outside with garden table & chairs. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven with all the things you need to cook and a dining table that sits 4. This property has no neighbours and is not overlooked by anyone as it sits just in front of woodlands. There is also a patio area next to the caravan with a picnic bench & parking for 2 cars. There is no mobile signal or internet in the caravan. However the farm reception has free wifi which is about 200 yards away. The caravan has a pound coin meter for the electricity and can cost between £1 - £3 a day depending on what time of year. We provide some power to start you off and it is very cheap to run during the summer months, it takes one pound coins! There is no central heating but we do have a gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters for the bedrooms. Please do not book if you cannot live without constant wifi as this is also part of the attraction of staying for guests who completely want to be off grid. If you cannot cope without internet or mobile service then please don't book or then add as a negative response afterwards. I am always available for guests as I live across the farm and can be contacted anytime. Llanbedr has a regular bus and train service. Only 4 mins away is our local slate caverns and animal farm plus the local beaches to explore and Harlech Castle to investigate. The caravan has 3 steps up to the front door. The waterfalls up the road have river pools to swim in and mountains to explore. In fact you could leave your car on the farm and find a hand full of walks lead direct from the farm. We don't open till Easter and it can be a lot colder in the mornings and late evenings so it does cost a bit more to use the electric heaters this time of year. Gas is included in the price and heats the lounge via a fire and water tank.
