1930's villa with nice garden close to Balaton

We hope you will like it as much as we do! Our property is a an old villa built in the early (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s with a guest house next to it. It has a nice large garden with almond, fig and cherry trees. There is possibility for parking inside the yard for 3 or 4 cars. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a balcony in the main house. The guest house, which is 20 metres away, has one bedroom with a bathroom and small kitchen-dining area. The main house has gas heating with tempreture control, while the guest house has a wood burner and an electric heater. You would rent both the main and the guest house. There is a big garden with a BBQ area, table tennis and swing for the kids available for the guests. My parents, who are already pensioners and live 40 minutes from Balatonfűzfő, take care of the house when we are away. They will provide you at your arrival with all the keys and show you around the house. Balatonfűzfő is a a small and calm place, ideal for families. The property is 500m from a public beach at the Balaton, which has a small entry fee (with good amenities run by the local municipality). There are also 3 yacht clubs close by with possibility to sail or windsurf. Also a new lakeside walking path have been recently finished and can be used, which leads to the other beach of Balatonfűzfő (Tobruk). Balatonfűzfő is 1 hour drive from Budapest by car. You can reach it also by train (2 hours). In the town you can also find an indoor swimming pool, adventure park, bob sledge track and paint ball court. Please note that the rental price does not include local tourist tax, which is 500 HUF / person over 18 / night and should be paid upon arrival.
