Fantastic 60 m2 Garden suite with 1 bedroom in town house. Newly renovated, separate bath, entrance, free parking and access to the garden. . 20 minutes walk from Place Stanislas, 5 min from great convenience food stores and easy access from A31. Gorgeous bright and green 1 bedroom + living room suite newly renovated. The suite is the 1st floor of our house and comes with its own entrance and direct access to the garden. The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, oven, cooktop) and a fully equipped living room (42" HD TV, DVD player,). You also have access to the garden and its BBQ. During your stay I will be leaving in the 1st flour but I have a separate entrance. I'll be more than happy to help you discover Nancy and the Lorraine area. The house is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the end of an impasse. While the house is located in Malzéville City, its actually very close from Nancy downtown (5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk) and close from groceries stores. The house is located: - 15min by car/taxi from Nancy train station - 15min from A31/E21 highway exit (Bouxieres-aux-dames or Laxou exit) - 5 min from bus stops (line 8) - 35min drive from Metz-Nancy Lorraine Airport Dogs are most welcome ! They will also have free access to the garden.
