There is an additional single sofa bed to accommodate children in this space. There are 3 further good sized bedrooms with robes, a separate modern bathroom with separate powder room and separate laundry. All bedrooms take in courtyard garden or bay views. A remote double lock up garage and manicured front garden housing the large pool/spa area greet guests on arrival. Walk past the guest bedroom corridoor and into the living/kitchen and dining which opens onto the pool deck and be captivated by the uninterrupted bay views. You may never want to leave. The spacious open plan living area hosts a TV with Foxtel and luxury seating to take in the bay, further informal dining (for 8) and a kitchen with every modern convenience. Perla Marina is solid brick and keeps very cool in summer and warm in winter. Carparking: Off-street parking for 2 cars is provided in the front driveway along with a two-car lock-up garage. Due to our high standard of accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. You will be required to provide your drivers licence for verification and to sign and agree to our No Party Policy. 2. A maximum of 11 guests on the property at any given time. 3. A bond is required to be paid prior to arrival. 4.*Gas and solar heated pool available. Additional charges of $140 (plus gst) per day apply to secure the gas pool heating. This service must be pre-booked and paid for 7 days prior to arrival.
