Family Kid Friendly Farm Getaway, 40 min Columbus.

This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and approximately 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and home-cooked breakfast if desired. We have 2 dogs, 1 cat and lots of chickens. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room (part of an in-home office) with 2 beds, air mattresses, sleeping bags and access to a SHARED large full bathroom. The living areas can all be shared, including the kitchen, living room, unfinished basement etc. The sleeping quarters are private, comfortable and have reading material and games. We do have 3 twin beds in the UNfinished basement for overflow guests. Contact me to see if that space is available. We have plenty of gravel driveway parking and land with a creek to roam. If you need to sleep more than 5 people you may want to consider checking our other Airbnb room listed as "Family Kid Friendly Farm Getaway 2." You will have access to the kitchen, 3 shared bathrooms, living areas on the main floor, the unfinished basement with bed/bath and out doors. We are in and out with our family activities. Our availability depends on the day. We live on 12 acres with rolling hills and a creek. Neighbors on both sides own horses. We are less than a mile from a state highway so have quick access to town. We homeschool so are always around or busy with projects. We live on 12 acres with hay fields, rolling grassy hills, a creek, and are just minutes from downtown Delaware where you can shop antique stores, coffee shops, get ice cream, see a movie in our town's original theater and enjoy a good selection of restaurants and explore Ohio Wesleyan University. A state park is 3 miles up the road. We are about 10 minutes from a Walmart, Kroger, Meijer and Kohls. 20 minutes from the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi Bay Water park. We have 2 friendly dogs and are always in the midst of projects. Please don't expect Better Homes & Gardens. We are a busy family who comes and goes often, but understand the value of needing an affordable place for a family to overnight. Breakfast is an option. If you are out early you can prepare your own with our bread/eggs/fruit/coffee. I cook often so if the timing works out with your breakfast time you can join us for my prepared breakfast. The Airbnb room has a mini fridge.
