A log cabin in a gated community with the Broad River running through the subdivision. Only 5 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center and three wineries within 15 minutes of the cabin. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock are seventeen miles away. The cabin has 5 beds plus a double futon in a private space. The subdivision is gated and only partially complete. All lots are 2 plus acres allowing privacy. Wildlife such as deer and wild turkeys are a common sight. Most walls are natural wood with large windows allowing natural light throughout the house. Dining set on rear deck and rocking chairs on the front porch. Full use of stocked kitchen with laundry facilities. We provide brochures to local restaurants and attractions. I am always just a phone call away for any questions or concerns at any time. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Everyone waves to each other and will stop to talk. The Broad River recreation area has a picnic area with a playground for children. Forest City with Walmart and a high end grocery store is only 15 minutes away. Hendersonville and Asheville are less than an hour away. There is plenty of parking in two driveways. Many very good restaurants in the local area are very reasonably priced. There are many wineries in the area and antique shops in Rutherfordton and Forest City.
