This is a self contained flat with private access, but you will have use of some other parts of the house, including the garden and the swimming pool. Also the washing machines, and a freezer. Plus main kitchen and conservatory THIS APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WEEKLY VISITS DURING JULY Situated on the first floor of this 250 yr old farmhouse. You will have parking space, use of bicycles, and access to our Two horses, Quassine and Sooky the pony, both love carrots, and stale baguettes. Shopping is at Gemozac, only 8 minutes away. Our local boulangerie is only one mile from the house The garden, pool, driveway, conservatory, and main kitchen (by request) and our horses. I love socializing with guests, but if they want privacy, of course that is respected. We are 20 minutes away from beaches at Mescher, St-Georges-de - Didonne, and Royan. Cognac is just over half an hour away. Saintes is 20 minutes away, and Gemozac our nearest town for shopping is only 8 minutes away, with a large new Lidl, and a larger SuperU Easy parking everywhere local. The only disturbance is the singing of birds, the neighbors cock, and ducks, and hens. Some barking from neighbors dogs. No traffic passes the house other than the occasional tractor.
