The Modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and Internal laundry facilities with an as new dual washer and dryer machine (both in one machine!) (added recently) and also a secured parking - a two floor residential parking area with free spots for everyone The rooftop entertaining area further encapsulates the Manly Beach view with plunge pool and BBQ. The ground floor also features F45 and the popular Girdlers Cafe. This is my home and I let visitors and Manly lovers to stay in my place when it is available! I love living on the beach as I'm very active - beach volleyball cross the road, swimming and snorkeling from manly to shelly beach, coastal run, coastal cycling, surfing, kite surfing and sunbathing and also enjoying the delicious local foods nearby. My unit is a holiday destination ! :) So enjoy staying at this unique location with an amazing view and have fun easy commuting around as this is the heart of Manly! You'll be able to see the sunrise on the ocean from the balcony and also straight from the bed - you have to just open your eyes about the sunrise and look downstairs! :) There will be local parrots and cockatoos that will swing by on the balcony during the day. Also you may be able to spot some whales and dolphins in the ocean jumping :) I will share the needed instructions one day before check-in date.
