Professionally designed in an Island style based on the Balinese Bale Villa Atas sits “Centre Front “just 50 Ms above the ocean overlooking the surfbreaks Lacerations and Playgrounds then takes in a 180 degree view of the Bali coast all the way from Amed to Sanur with Mt Agung ( 70 Klms away) sitting proudly in the middle. The Villa has uninterrupted Views across the reef all the way to Mt Agung from bed! It is built proud of the hillside with an open front and partial side walls. The feeling is of being in the view not looking at the view. It evokes a feeling of "floating". The garden "jungle pool" with its waterfall is specially designed so that at one end it is just 40cm and suitable for small children with and inbuilt slide in the middle ending up at 1.5m at the waterfall. One bedroom can be an Extra King Double or 2 King Singles. The Villa has an exclusive "Jungle" rock pool in the garden surrounded by lush tropical plants which keep it cool. The waterfall that falls into it attracts butterflies and dragonflies. There is a fully equipped tropical style kitchen with tea, coffee and drinking water provided. A phone is provided for telephoning local Restaurants to deliver. The Villa sits right on the middle of the Bukit There are two ways to arrive at the villa. From the bottom of the hill if you are walking or the top of the Hill if you are arriving by transport. The Villa is serviced daily by our local House Managers who will meet you on your arrival at the island. They will arrange all your local activities We are also happy to help arrange your boat transfers. The Villa can accommodate 5. Extra guests $30 per night Villa Atas sits center front of the local Bukit and just a 5 minute walk from the Village of Jungut Batu. There are 5 restaurants along the boardwalk directly infront of the Villa and 2 swimming beaches within 4 mins walk each with more restaurants. There is World Class Snorkeling around our island group. Our experienced Captains can take also take you for a day trip to the famous but remote Nusa Penida. Our Managers will arrange everything from your days Diving and Snorkeling to Motorbike or Bicycle hire. The Villa is centrally situated on the island so it is easy to walk everywhere as well. Restaurants around the island all have their own transport for picking up and dropping off guests. Suggested local Snorkeling and island tours are detailed in the Villa Compendium. This is a NON SMOKING VILLA. No exceptions. We , and our neighbours, have Thatched Grass Roofs !!!! No one can not afford the consequences of flicked ash that is still burning.
