The Cottage is one of three individual B&Bs situated on a five acre property, Bella Cosa in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region. It used to be owned by artist Peter Maddox and is still the home to many of the sculptures he created in his time here. Rent all three spaces together for a getaway with up to 10 of your friends or family. I don't live on site but am only 30 minutes away if you need anything. Only 45 minutes south of Adelaide, Bella Cosa lies between the picturesque townships of McLaren Vale & McLaren Flat. The area is known for its world-class wines and culinary experiences, as well as pristine natural attractions. The region hosts more than 80 cellar doors and has 30 kilometres of breath-taking coastline. Bella Cosa is only a few minutes drive to the centre of McLaren Vale, walking distance to McLaren Flat and is central to many wineries and restaurants.
