Apartment with charm in South Tyrol

Welcome and enjoy being our guests.. In a small village called Gargazon you find our charming old house surrounded by tall trees and a garden. It has always been a place for a happy get-together with a homelike and culinary touch. The apartment is the perfect place for those who love the simplicitiy of life but in a very lovely way. It makes you remember the good old times and a free feeling. The apartment is situated on the first floor and has light-flooded 100 sq.ft. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment decorated with many lovely objects. This is the place for happy get-togethers, good aromas and food. In the livingroom you find many books, parlor games, pictures and our magnificent piano that loves to be played by you. A small balcony goes from the kitchen to the living room. The bedrooms have a special romantic flair. You sleep well in grandma's comfortable beds with high quality mattresses. The bathroom is newly renovated with a large shower. It is light-flooded and the Richard Ginori tiles give the bathroom its specific flair. The dressing room offers you a lot of space for your clothes. h o m e l i k e a d o r a b l e p r i v a t e (Guestcard, Wi-Fi and 2 bycicles for rent included) with pleasure if our guests wish so. We keep our garden a bit wild. You can see the garden change with the four seasons. In a very quiet surrounding there are many trees, plants, flowers and also kiwis and wisterias. The garden also offers you nuts, figs and quinces. In summertime you can eat peaches, plums, cherries and apricots. A variety of herbs are all over the place and the little vegetable garden supplies lots of vegetarian food. The green and natural lawn invites kids to play and adults to lay down in a long chair and to read a good book or to relax in peace and dream. In time of hot weather, our garden shower invites you to refresh yourself and enjoy life and nature. And our garden is also a lovely place for a barbecue on hot summer nights. Our garden makes us very happy and offers our guests a place to relax. South Tyrol is the region of a thousand facets and a thousand colours. From our territory, where the alpine spirit combines itself with the Mediterranean flair, originates, in fact a varied mix of languages, traditions, culinary specialities and culture. Our apartment between Bolzano and Merano is located in a perfect position to discover the magic of South Tyrol. You have a very good connection to public transportation with buses or trains. There is a cycle way and the natural swimmingpool of Gargazzone just a few minutes from the house. Our house and garden has its own very lovely flair.
