Welcome to a centrally located three bedroom home, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the central business district, this home is located about 200 metres from a popular, award winning brewery. Enjoy a meal and selection of locally made beer and stroll home. Built in 1890, this solid stone home offers two bedrooms at the front with queen beds, two singles in the third bedroom, a third single and a sofa bed for two in the lounge. The yard is secure for pets Solid stone walls and lofty ceilings provide a sense of serenity in this historic home. Built in 1890, this home has been lovingly restored with modern comforts throughout. There are two spacious bedrooms at the front of the home with queen size beds in each, one with a timber cot. A central hallway opens to a roomy eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has been fully renovated, providing a gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. A microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and numerous kitchen essentials make it easy to cook up a storm. A table has seating for six people. The fridge/freezer is large enough to store plenty of supplies. Adjoining the kitchen, the lounge room has a modern television, DVD player plus retro styled Atari rewind games console! A reverse cycle air conditioner is located in the lounge. A sofa bed provides for two extra guests. There is plenty of seating for all to relax after a day of coastal adventures. A small second living area towards the rear of the home has a single bed and leads through to the bathroom and third bedroom. The bathroom has been fully renovated and had a corner vanity plus shower over the full bath. Ample towels are provided plus soap, shampoo and conditioner. A third bedroom has two single beds along with toys and books to entertain the kids. The rear of the home has a laundry and separate toilet. The laundry has a modern washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a wifi connection provided for the home with a 500GB allowance each month. An internet speed test shows a fast speed however this is of course subject to the whims of Optus. A tiled front balcony is a great spot to relax and watch the world flow past with outdoor chairs and tables. The yard has secure fencing for pets and children, with the parking area able to be safely fenced off. The rear of the yard has an outdoor table and six chairs. There is room to park two vehicles or trailer/boat/caravan behind the gates for extra security. The whole house and secure yard is provided for guests use. The yard is fenced safely for kids and furry friends. There is plenty of room in the rear yard for parking multiple cars or a car plus trailer, the parking area is fully fenced and gated. I am happy to meet with guests if requested and happy if you prefer to use our self check in via lockbox at the property. This home is located near a well-regarded and prize-winning brewery that has lovely meals and awesome boutique beers! The house is located on the corner of Stevenson St and Wavell Rd. It is a residential area on the verge of the town centre so there is a medium amount of movement around. The main business district is a short walk of about 15 minutes. A car is recommended in Port Lincoln as many attractions are a short drive way. Taxis are readily available. This property is a short walk of about fifteen minutes from the central business district and foreshore.
