Suburban Retreat in Epping ~ Master Bedroom

A beautiful warm home with lots of colour to brighten your day. Furniture is comfortable and luxurious. Bamboo linen, Sheridan towels and organic toiletries makes your stay feel like a DaySpa experience. A quiet neighbourhood away from main roads, yet only walking distance to public transport, parks and the shopping centre. Non-smokers to apply only. Housekeeping with general tidy. You’ll have a private entrance to your room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables and a chest of draws for your belongings. A section of walk-in-robe is available to you and an ensuite all to yourself. There are wooden floorboards in the bedroom and tiles in the bathroom. You get the privacy you need on your stay. The bathroom has all you need; towels, hairdryer, sanitary items, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturiser and soap on tap; Nature’s Organics. Their mission goes beyond creating products that are kind to the earth. Each guest creates the lowest possible negative impact on the health of our environment. Not only do you snuggle up with Bamboo sheets, you’re provided with bamboo tissues. This is like a DaySpa experience. Front door access. Your room is close to the entrance and away from living areas. You have access to the lounge room and lots of cushions to choose from to lay your head whilst watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you cook up yummy meals. Take a walk out in the Alfresco and have a game of pool. Smell the herbs and sit amongst the fruit and veggies in planter boxes. Sit under the cherry blossom tree on the decking. You can even kick start your lymphatic system in the morning with a jump on the trampoline. At the end of the day, fire up the pit and relax whilst watching the flames. Whatever reason for your stay, I am available for questions to help you. Just send an AirBnB message and I’ll respond quickly. When I’m home, you’ll mostly find me in the kitchen or out in the backyard. We are a social family though consider your privacy. We respect you and your stay. You’re more than welcome to join us at meal times and or we can have a conversation over a pot of tea made with the herbs from my backyard. You can even pick them. In the evening, from 9pm we start to make our way to our own private sleeping area. During holidays and weekends, we stay up a little later. We ask for no parties. If you’d like to have friends visit, please let us know well in advance. And if a friend would like to sleep over, there’ll be a slight charge of $30 per night. They will receive a set of towels. Please let us know how you’d like us to interact with you as we have had many guests with different personalities and we understand to treat everyone individually. Our house is situated right in between a soccer ground and football ground. There are tennis courts and children’s play equipment right near the grounds. We love living here because it has everything a person needs. A shopping centre (Pacific Epping) is walking distance (1km) though if you drive or take an Uber, it’s only 3 minutes away. There is a dinning hall filled with lots of restaurants, an arcade centre for all ages and a cinema with the most comfortable seats. We have a hospital near Pacific Epping; The Northern Hospital is only 1.3km away. If you’re hungry late at night, we know a couple of places who cater for night owls. There is a menu folder for you in your room; please do not eat in your room. You are always welcome to eat on the kitchen bench, dining table and out in the Alfresco. Public transport is easy. There are two points of pickup/drop off by bus only 5 to 10 minutes walking distances (depends on your pace) and we can show you. The Mernda train line is only 20 minutes to walk to - the station is called Epping. We mostly love living here because of the neighbours. Everyone is caring and considerate to each other. We communicate well and if there is ever a concern, we resolve it quickly. Lastly, there is a trail (creek) nearby which is wonderful to go for a walk or bike ride. We can take you there. The only downfall (if you see it that way) is garbage day; be prepared to wake up with the sun on Thursdays. It’s the only part of life we all can’t control, but looking at the benefits; what better way to kick start the day bright and early. Whether it is a car, bike or Uber, there’s a spot for your transport. Push bikes can be left in the hallway if you’re waking up super early and want to remain quiet. Otherwise you can use the garage. All cars to park on the street please. Uber’s or taxi’s can drive up the driveway if they please, though our car needs the space clear just in case we need to drive in and out. Also, if we are available or if you book in advance with us, we can drive you to your destination. There is a small cost of $3 per two kilometres just to cover the car costs. Communication is key. To have a beautiful experience please let us know how we can improve your stay. We provide housekeeping and general tidy each day in your room. This helps your stay be the best. We like to make sure you’re topped up with the ammenities and add little touches to bring a smile to your beautiful face. We have a dog and a cat. Please be mindful when entering and leaving the house as they can be lovingly wanting to greet you and go outside. If this happens, just pick them up and bring them inside. They are the most sweetest pets. Laundry is available in the building - $7 per wash; please let host know
