Stunning Beach House Dinas Dinlle/North Wales
Stunning contemporary Beach house which sits just 2 seconds walk from the award winning blue flag beach of Dinas Dinlle with its Iron Age hill fort and views of the wildly beautiful Llyn Peninsula, Anglesey and the absolutely stunning Snowdonia mountain range. Our beach house is called Tanat and has been designed to enjoy both mountain and sea views. It has Bi-Fold doors on both floors which open up the back of the property to the garden and those amazing ocean views and sunsets. The ultimate summer or winter destination this house provides warmth and comfort with an outdoor fire pit for hot summers nights and a stunning wood burner to cosy up to on cold winters nights. This house has been designed to maximise its views and provide comfort and coziness at every turn. Downstairs you will find the main open plan living area/kitchen and dining space plus bedrooms and bathrooms. A contemporary space, the kitchen/dining and lounge area has underfloor heating and huge bifold doors across the entire back wall which open up to the garden. Sofa and armchair the colour of blue summer sky’s sit in front of a contemporary built in electric fire set into a driftwood wall. The creamy beautiful modern kitchen houses everything anyone could ever need for some home cooked meals. The space between the kitchen and lounge are is separated by a lovely solid wood table with bench seats. An electric boiler services radiators throughout the house. The main bathroom has under floor heating, a large walk in shower with Mira dual shower heads, toilet and beautiful washstand. There is an additional toilet located on this floor along with the master and 2nd bedroom. Upstairs we have created a superb dual purpose room. We have a beautiful seating area in front of the huge bifold doors to take in the sea views and allow you to just sit and watch the world go by during the day and the sun dip into the ocean by night. There is also a lovely L shaped sofa by our stunning log burner so you can cosy up and relax on those colder nights. Entertainment is provided with a smart tv, sound bar and DVD player. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime too for those rainy days and have just installed the latest BT Fibre Broadband. Books, magazines and games are also found to keep you busy. By night this room transforms into the 3rd bedroom with one simple lever mechanism the brand new luxury sofa pulls out into a double bed and the side tables come in to create bedside tables. There is also a lovely and clever large driftwood cupboard which when opened is actually a full size wardrobe to hid away all clothes. Blinds pull down over all the glass windows to create a cosy nighttime sanctuary. When creating this room we wanted it to have the feel of a big, bright lounge by day where you can throw open the doors and sit and enjoy the sea views. Then come bedtime transform quickly into a cosy bedroom to lie in bed and view the night sky by the burning embers of the log burner whilst listening to the waves crashing up onto the beach. Outside in our enclosed garden we have plenty of space to relax. Built in seating envelopes the fire pit and a picnic table allows for alfresco dining. At the end of the garden you can sit on a bench and view the iron aged hill fort or peak at the snowdonia mountain range behind the house. Our whole back and front gardens are fully enclosed. We have a grassed garden area, decking area and front enclosed patios. All in all a wonderful space for a family holiday or a couples cosy weekend stay enjoying the sea and mountains in a cosy and beautiful home. Utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage. Parking is plentiful down the side of the house plus one car can park in front of the garage. In our quiet neighborhood we are lucky to have some really lovely local people running small local businesses mainly in season. This includes a cafe, beach shop, restaurant/bar, gift shop, fish and chip takeaway. The area is not built up at all and only offers limited seasonal amenities. In winter 2 cafes are open mainly weekends and some week days only. Caernarfon is just a 7 mile drive away and has all conveniences you need. Caernarfon as well as boasting its spectacular castle and town walls also has lovely cobbled streets to wander through. It's here you will fing some great restaurants and pubs. In the surrounding area there is a wealth of wonderful places to visit from the charming seaside village of Llanbedrog to the absolutely stunning golf course in Nefyn which is flanked by ocean and offers an enchanting pub on the beach mid way round the course. Of course access through the course is available to all to experience the hidden treasure of the pub. Ccriccieth, Abersoch, Anglesey, Portmerion are all within easy reach as is the Welsh Highland railway and Snowdonia National Park along with the 84 miles of costal paths of the Llyn peninsula. All of these popular destinations are within 30 miles of the beach house. There are many more quite superb destinations in the area but I could go on all day so will stop here and let you explore them for yourself should you come and stay with us.
