La Casetta is a beautiful two-storey house recently renovated, with independent access and with a large outdoor area surrounded by greenery. It has a large rustic kitchen with dining room and fireplace, bathroom with shower and bidet and bedroom with double bed. It is surrounded by nature and silence. The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi with high speed internet thanks to fiber. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with rustic kitchen, wood oven and fireplace. On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and complete with all services and a large double bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, desk with TV and wardrobe. On request it is possible to add a low single bed, for a possible third guest. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The house is surrounded by nature and silence, with an outdoor patio, equipped with a table and chairs for the summer season. Cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the independent heating and the fireplace. All spaces will be used privately, both the exterior and the interior. For parking there is a private outdoor area where you can leave your car for free. It is a strategic point where you can rest, and at the same time easily reach any village in the upper Molise to discover events, festivals and patronal festivals. In winter you can go skiing in Campitello Matese or Roccaraso, both reachable in just over half an hour by car. The house is located in the village, easily reachable by car, with the possibility of free parking. Sessano del Molise is a small town, quiet and surrounded by nature, where you can cool off in summer, escaping from the sultry heat of the cities. The country is close to the freeway which allows you to move quickly and easily in any direction! For example, it will be possible to reach: - in 10 minutes the city of Isernia - in about half an hour: Castelpetroso, Staffoli, Capracotta, Carovilli, Vastogirardi, Bagnoli del Trigno, Carpinone, Pesche, Pescolanciano, Venafro and many other villages! - in 40 minutes you can ski, go trekking in Campitello Matese or Roccaraso - in 50 minutes you can reach the sea (Vasto and San Salvo) The village is small, perfect for enjoying some tranquility. It is well connected with the Trignina state road, which allows you to reach Isernia and many other towns in upper Molise in less than ten minutes.
