Spacious villa with a stunning sea view. It consists of 2 separate houses which could be rented together for a big company or separately based on how many you are. Open and covered terraces and balconies are there for you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and protect you from the sun in the noon. Our villa consists of 2 separate houses. The main house, Villa Ponyo, has a big living area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, juice press, milk shaker etc) and guest toilet downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its private balcony. Master bedroom is equipped with AC. We could put a toddler bed upon your request if you are travelling with a child. The smaller house (Findus house) could be rented separately if you need additional space. It has separate entrance, small kitchenette, shower & toilet. Bedroom is equipped with AC. Come with your beloved ones and cherish your summers days on the beaches of Andros and our happy house. Terrases, balconies and roof are at your service Most probably we are not around while you are enjoying Andros but we online 24/7 and happy to provide you with any info or support needed. Nearby is Agia Sofia Church, spring and accesses to the historical footpaths of Andros ((URL HIDDEN) number 14 is the closest one It is recommended to come with a car or motorbike, as it is approx 10 min driving from the port and 15 minutes to the famous Agias Petros beach. It will take you approx 30-40 minutes driving to get to remote beaches like Vitaly or Zorgoz. Both are highly recommended. Getting around by your feet is also possible, just check out (URL HIDDEN) for the historical footpaths of the island to enjoys the island even more Tap water in the house in OK to drink but there is a special pleasure and luxury of 7 minutes walk to the spring that provide you with a chill and delicisous water.
