This 4 storey property is ideally located just 10-15 minutes from the City Centre and is close by to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals with cafes, shops and pubs just a short walk away. The fully equipped living and dining areas offer plenty of space which makes this the perfect place to chill out and enjoy time away for any big groups of families or contractors. No hen/stag parties permitted. This property is full equipped for all your getaway needs including a fully equipped kitchen with extendable dining table, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living area has 1 large corner suite sofa and a smaller 2 seater sofa and a flat screen TV. The 4 double bedrooms can be found across 3 floors, 1 of which has an en-suite toilet, 2 of which have zip and link beds which can be either set up as doubles or split into singles, please state the required configuration at least 7 days prior to your booking. Each bedroom has wardrobe and drawer space for your belongings. The two bathrooms can be found on the first floor – which include a shower room and full family bathroom with bath and shower combo. We cannot accommodate for pets at this property. Self-check in is from 3pm on date of arrival and all details for accessing the property will be sent to the main guest 24 hours prior to your stay.
