Untuk melengkapi, ada panggangan BBQ sama kipas angin untuk bakar-bakar ayam/ikan😋 The Batutapak guesthouse is located in a village but becoming an urban, which is a good place to observe the village life, to study, write, or enjoy gathering with family and friends. The guesthouse has 3-bedrooms (each with Aircon), 2 toilets, a common room, a kitchen and a verandah. The guest house is located in a private area together with the owner's house and a keeper house, with a large green grass lawn, as well as garden with local fruitplants and vegetables. Surrounding guesthouse is lively neighbourhood. About 60 mts from airport. The owner is a couple of reseacher. If the owner at home, they will be happy to chat and bring guests around the kampung. Guests will use the whole house. Guests could use grass garden as well as garden with local fruit plants. There are two main gates to the area. The guesthouse area could accommodate to 12 cars. There is a house keeper and assistant who is available all the time to assist guests. The owners are happy to socialize with guests if they are at home. As they are researchers, they are welcome to answer questions related to places and studies on Indonesia. The owner could be contacted via email and (Hidden by Airbnb) . The kampung Batutapak located in a friendly neighbourhood wich becoming a crowded place. There are still paddy rice fields, gardens, plant growers, and fish ponds, but many small warungs and factories are also around. The people culture is unique, a combination of Javanese, Sundanese as well as Betawi (Jakarta) culture. My husband and I have been living for 20 years here and seen the changes. The name of the hamlet (kampung) Batutapak is taken from a stone which has a human footprints, from --perhaps-- before 17 century. The stone is located about one kilometer from the house. Sometimes on Sunday morning from 7.00 to 8.30, a group of women will do exercise and aerobics with local musics at the garden. Female guests are welcome to join for free. For those who need a fresh air, a place to write, a time with close family and friends, or enjoy original village food, or to mingle with everyday activities of villagers, Batutapak guesthouse could be the place. The guesthouse is about 1 hour 15 minutes by car/taxi from Jakarta Sukarno-Hatta Airport (via toll road: lingkar luar barat and then BSD). It is about 25 minutes to BSD city and about 1 hour to City of Bogor. Online transportation is available (such as gojek and grab). There many warungs to get local foods and also foodstalls nearby the guesthouse with cheap prices. By request, guesthouse could provide lunch and dinner with special/local menu. There are two assistants, staying next to the guest house, who will help guests when they need anything.
