The house is ideal for groups of family or friends. Nearby buses to the centre. Delicious continental breakfast provided. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from and to Cardiff station. Main bedroom: 1 x standard double bed (i.e. 1 or 2 people), plus optional single mattress on floor, suitable for child or adult. Second bedroom: 1 x single bed (i.e. 1 person) Third bedroom: 2 x single beds (i.e. 1 or 2 people) Attractive recently installed (2018) modern bathroom, including bath, shower cubicle and W.C. Guests have the use of the whole house, including well-equipped living room (comfortably seating 5 - 6) with cable TV, DVD and music system, plus a separate 'quiet' lounge. Breakfast/dining room, recently installed modern kitchen (2019), utility room and 'sun-trap' rear courtyard garden. Attractive and comfortable Edwardian family home, within 100 metres of extensive civic park (see last photo). Warm, friendly and welcoming professional couple, happy to give advice and also more practical support, as requested, including complimentary 'taxi' journeys of up to 5 miles (including Cardiff city centre, Principality Stadium, main train station and Cardiff Bay). Well-appointed, quiet and established residential area, within easy walking distance of all amenities, including extensive parkland. Also, close to Albany Road and Wellfield Road, where there are a large number of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants (NB: easy and attractive 25 minute walk to Cardiff city centre - about half of which is through Bute Park, the largest of Cardiff's many beautiful civic parks). Excellent frequent bus service to city centre within 100 metres of the house. A substantial continental breakfast is provided, including cereals, toast, croissants, jams, honey, yoghurt, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and 'cafetiere' coffee. No smoking inside the house please, but guests are most welcome to use the courtyard garden at the rear of the property (see photos). The accommodation is ideal for groups of 3 - 6 connected individuals (i.e. friends or family), as no other guests will be staying in the property on the same date. (Please note that although five is our normal maximum, we are able to accomodate a sixth person by prior arrangement. If this is of interest, please make a booking enquiry. An additional charge of £20 per person per night is made for a sixth adult - no additional charge is made for a child aged under 10). Please note that 'super-well-behaved' dogs are most welcome, but that the upstairs of the property is a 'pet-free zone'. NB: Please also note that although our accomodation is normally available for 'single night' bookings, we operate a 'two night minimum' policy on 'high demand' weekends such as rugby internationals, major pop concerts, etc, as accomodation in Cardiff is normally in short supply on those occasions.
