The Space: This exquisitely decorated home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This home has 2 great sized living areas with TVs, making it ideal for families. The stunning Hamptons style kitchen is filled with all of the equipment you need to make you feel at home. Flooded with natural light, the home boasts integrated indoor / outdoor living that is enhanced by glass stacker doors opening from the family room onto the alfresco area then onto the private, grassy backyard. The perfect oasis in which to unwind after a day spent at the beach or exploring the coast. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, with large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. With heating and cooling throughout, you will be comfortable all year round. Guest Access: You have access to the whole property including the garage. The Neighborhood: The home is located a short stroll from Torquay North shopping Village. It is ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. Within the immediate area are opportunities for surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or if sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then chose from any of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or bespoke boutiques to spend your time. 5 min walk to a cafe and restaurants, 2 min walk to nearest playground, 25 min walk to the gorgeous Whites beach, 5 min drive to the town centre and a 10-15 min drive will take you to the world famous Bells Beach. A 15 minute walk will get you to Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets. If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. There are numerous little boutiques and everything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more. You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc. As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar. Getting Around: There is plenty of parking: in the garage, in the driveway, and on the kerbside.
