Room 1 A room, a home a place to stay/base

Guests MUST show proof of double vaccination. ONE GUEST ONLY -Pls DO Not book this room if you are a smoker. Pls check Location before booking. Fresh and clean. King single bed and a business size desk, draws/hanging space. The bus is a three min walk away and will take you to the city (45-50min), South Bank etc it stops at Indooroopilly Shopping town(30 min), Mt Ommaney 15min - The local Shopping Center includes Coles. Lovely walks and parks, places to eat. 5 min showers. Street parking only. King single . Business sized desk. Television, DVD in room. Ceiling fan. Treat bowl. A garden suitable for relaxing in ie with a book and a cupper!Quiet reading/meditation areas. Guests can be as private as they wish but are welcome to join in to family conversation/activity. I am happy to help in any way which will make your stay more enjoyable. ask me Kitchen- guests are free to use kitchen , lounge etc but please clean up after yourselves. Please note that I do not provide ANYTHING towards lunch or dinner but guests are welcome to make tea coffee. Guests who are staying for a few nights, are welcome to use the washing machine. There is plenty of line and under cover drying areas. There is no dryer. I don't have dogs or cats but do have three Heritage breed chickens. Guests are part of the household and can be as private or sharing as they like. To this end you are welcome to watch television with the family or privately in your room. There are some dvd's available which you are welcome to borrow. Parks, direct public assess to bus line - direct to city, South bank, Qld Art Gallery.(50 min to city by bus) The bus however, stops at major shopping centres along the way. My home is ideal for taking a some time out, rest and recuperation or simply a base. The bus is three minutes away and is a really an easy link to get around Brisbane. From Indooroopilly(30 min) you can get buses to most places. There are plenty of walks and parks, Brisbane River, shopping centre any restaurants within a very short distance from home I would really love my guests to feel comfortable and would welcome guests to ask me to help them with anything
