The top floor hosts the comfort and privacy of the main bedroom, ensuite bathroom and cosy lounge area, on the ground floor a further double and a twin bedroom with a family shower room and separate WC. The lounge and dining areas with cathedral ceilings, large patio doors, cosy central fireplace and open plan fitted kitchen certainly ensure a wow factor! The large south facing terrace and garden are blessed with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Ideally located in the centre of the village, just 300m from the gondola lift to Meribel and the heart of the 3 Valley ski area, le 1818 is also located just 200m from the pampering "Grand Spa Thermal" which is open right through the winter, spring and summer months until the end of October. A set of ski storage lockers are available for you to use or if you prefer you can rent heated boot and ski lockers at the bottom of the Saulire Express gondola at La Chaudanne in Méribel. To come back down to Brides-les-Bains at the end of the day, most skiers and boarders take the Olympe gondola as the slope down to the village is an "itinerary" (ungroomed and unmarked slope) reserved for adventurous experts! You really don't need a vehicle if you're staying at le 1818, but if you decide to come by car the village has several free indoor car parks all nearby.
